lnvitro Gallery is pleased to house Rude Awakening, a solo presentation encompassing paintings, drawings, objects, architectural interventions and costumes. The site-specific installation draws on considerations elaborated upon in The Cultural Material of Analysis in the Age of its Infinitely Automated Reproduction (2023 – ongoing), a text authored by the artist analyzing the impact of Artificial Intelligence on aesthetic theory and philosophy.

Daniel Moldoveanu (1999, Constanța, Romania) is an artist and essayist. He holds a diploma from the Fashion Institute of Vienna, Austria, a BA from the Humboldt University, Berlin, and has attended the University of Fine Arts in Berlin, Germany, where he presently lives and works. Recent solo exhibitions include Eloquence! Eloquence! Eloquence!, GROTTO, Berlin, DE (2024); The Whatever Moment, SABOT, Cluj-Napoca, RO (2022-23); and Patternmaking, Suzie Sh ride, Vienna, AT (2021)....More expand_more
