Angeletti’s presentation for OAS25 consists of a new group of UV prints on acrylic, and Veer, a live-stream video installation. For Veer, four sculptures located in her New York studio are presented in Okayama via live-stream video projections, with one projection occupying each of four adjacent rooms on the upper floor of the Ishikawa house.
Rather than exhibiting physical works, Angeletti sends a stream of images in real-time, transmitting her sculptures across many time zones. Projecting the New York nighttime into the Okayama daytime, Veer thereby extends a sculptural situation far beyond its proper time and place.
