La Loge presents Hollow and Broken: A State of the World by one of Turkey's most influential artists, Gülsün Karamustafa. Through her art practice, spanning over fifty years, Karamustafa focuses on topics such as the modernisation of Turkey, uprooting and memory, migration, locality, identity, cultural difference, and gender from an array of perspectives. This solo exhibition in Brussels follows her installation for the Türkiye Pavillion at the 60th International Art Exhibition - La Biennale di Venezia in 2024.

The exhibition is organized in partnership with Moussem Nomadic Arts Center as part of the festival Moussem Cities: Istanbul, and in collaboration with BüroSarıgedik.
