This year Kateřina Havrlant’s private collection of contemporary art—the Havrlant Art Collection—is celebrating its tenth anniversary with an exhibition at the Mánes Exhibition Hall during Prague Art Week25. The exhibition will open on 25 September, together with the fourth edition of Prague Art Week, and will run until 6th October 2025.
The exhibition will feature a selection of essential works that have been acquired by the collection in recent years, including paintings, spatial objects, and video art installations by Czech and international artists such as Anna Uddenberg, Zsófia Keresztes, Pakui Hardware, Klára Hosnedlová, Igor Hosnedl, Anna Hulačová. Many of these works will be on display in Prague for the first time.
Over the last decade Havrlant Art Collection has developed into one of the leading collections of contemporary art in the Czech Republic. Since its founding in 2015 it has focused primarily on supporting younger artists, following their work over the long term. The…
