I am a visual artist with a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona in 1994. I have been part of numerous individual and collective exhibitions at national and international level. In my pieces I use different visual and auditory procedures such as video, photography, drawing or sculpture. My work has been associated with what has been called club culture and is characterized by an aesthetic inspired by the world of fashion, music, advertising, video or photography. My works are stories that ironically and sensually evoke the adolescent universe, reflecting on the forging of identity, the lack of communication and the generational conflict that occurs between young people and even artists. In my works, I analyze the codes of popular culture as vehicles of differential constructions and as hegemonic forms of subjectivity. I am considered as a descendant of the best tradition of Catalan conceptual art in the field of video creation, while creating works marked by retro aesthetics, irony and spontaneity.
